How Long Is Delivery?
For US Orders, it is 3-5 days. We also have an express option which is 1-2 days delivery.
For international, it varies based on the shipping option selected at checkout. There is also an express option.
*Please keep in mind that processing is entirely different from shipping.
How Long Is Processing?
Processing varies depending on the item. Please see product page for processing time. Processing can take as long as a week due to large volumes of orders during our peak season for items not on preorder.
What Is Your Return Or Exchange Policy?
We only allow store credit and/or exchanges within 30 Days. Store Credit can be used at your leisure. For more information, please see refund policy page.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, it can be cancelled as long as it is not a preorder item or shipped already. This excludes exchanges.
Where Can We Find Refund/Exchange Portal?
It can be found at the top of our website in the menu tab.
My Tracking Shows Delivered But It Was Never Received. What Can I Do?
First thing you should do is find your tracking details and call the shipping courier. There is a possibility that you may have given us the wrong address or the carrier has it in their possession. After that, you can email us at info@cheribrand.com.
How Long Does Returns Take?
Returns can take 1-2 weeks of processing as it needs to be inspected as well.
For Preorder Items, How Long Does It Take?
Every item has its own processing time. Please read the product page as it has all the information you need. Please do not order a preorder item if you are not willing to wait as shipping will not speed up the processing time.
