Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days (including weekends). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. Please email us to process returns at info@cheribrand.com.

We do not issue refund or exchanges. All returns will be processed as store credits and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure. We are also not responsible for customs fee.

Processing time for refunds can take up to 1-2 weeks as we have to inspect the item as well. Processing for orders can take up to a week, if it is not a PREORDER ITEM, so please read product page for more information (as refunds are not possible for preorder items because they are handmade).

For preorder items/ items with processing time, we ask that you DO NOT order if you cannot wait for the processing time mentioned on the product page, as shipping does not speed up the processing time. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You have 7 days after approval from the return portal to return your unworn, undamaged item(s) to be granted store credit. Your package must be postmarked on the 7th day after it's been delivered in order to be accepted. It will not be accepted after the 7th-day postmark. 


Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Damaged Goods

In cases where the item is damaged, we will replace it. 

*All refunds are in the form of store credit.*


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We do not offer another exchange or store credit on items already exchanged the first time. 


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will automatically be sent to your email within a certain amount of days. 

All Orders have 1 week postmark (Including weekend) span to send items back. After that, refund is nonnegotiable.

Also, items left unclaimed after one week will be discarded. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received store credit, please check your Promotion/spam folder before emailing us.  
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund (store credit) yet, please contact us at info@cheribrand.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Exchanges can happen if approved.

If the item is exchanged, it cannot be returned. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

*If an order has a preorder item in it, the order will not be sent till preorder is ready to be sent.


Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We also do not refund for lost or stolen items.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within a 24-hour window of when the order was placed. After that, it will be handled as store credit.
